At VertigoCare Concierge, our service availability varies depending on the day of the week to better accommodate our patients' needs.

Monday through Thursday:

  • Primary Service Area: Most of Morris County

  • Limited Service: Parts of Bergen, Passaic, and Essex Counties

Service Times:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

  • Tuesday: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday through Sunday:

  • Primary Service Area: Most of Morris County, Bergen, and Passaic Counties

  • Expanded Service: Parts of Essex, Hudson, Somerset, Union, Monmouth, Sussex, and Middlesex Counties

Service Times:

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Important Notes for Your Appointment:

  • Parking: For your convenience and to ensure a smooth treatment session, we kindly ask that you provide access to parking at your residence. This is important because our therapists need to bring equipment for your treatment sessions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Pet-Free Treatment Area: To ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment, please keep the treatment area in your home free of pets. This helps us to set up and use our equipment safely around you. We appreciate your assistance with this matter.

  • Benefits of Having a Family Member Present: The presence of a family member during your visit can be highly advantageous. They can offer emotional support, assist in communicating any concerns or questions you may have, and help remember and implement post-treatment instructions. Their presence can significantly enhance the overall effectiveness and comfort of your treatment session.

  • Treatment Table: We provide the Earthlite Spirit 30" wide table, which can support over 300 lbs. However, we recommend performing the maneuver on your bed for added comfort due to the extended space. Ultimately, the choice will be based on your preference.
